TOUR LEADING

I am fortunate to have travelled frequently in South Africa during my school years and experienced my first international trip at the age of 12. It is amazing how much I can still remember of that holiday in Mauritius. I have always loved travel and after completing my studies I continued to travel whenever the opportunity presented itself, experiencing many different countries, cultures and cuisine. Since 2004 I am in the fortunate position to work in an industry that is also my passion: TRAVEL / TOURISM & FOOD.

My global travel experience includes many international destinations, organized tours, cruising and adventure travel. Whatever your fancy…shopping, exploring, cuisine, architecture, culture….you will always have a very enthusiastic individual to accompany you.

Since 2006 I have collaborated with various tour operators, DMC’s and other travel companies to lead leisure and corporate groups on national and international travel. Since 2019 I am a tour manager for leisure groups to mainly Europe, for C the World.

My travel highlights:

I continuously attend local travel exhibitions (Meetings Africa (Johannesburg), Tourism Indaba (Durban), WTM Africa (Cape Town) as well as smaller travel workshops targeting specific products & specific destinations. Also, international travel trade fairs / exhibitions e.g. ITB (Berlin) and IBTM (Barcelona). This enhances my knowledge & keeps me updated on the whole spectrum of global travel opportunities.
