Catering is an integral part of any event. Even if every other aspect of the event is a raving success, if the catering is terrible, it will probably be the only thing that guests remember.

In order to avoid this, Carla Rossouw, professional conference organiser at Vespasian Consulting says: ‘Catering requirements need to be discussed in detail with your client, covering aspects such as type of menu, price, variety and catering for specific dietary requirements.’
