Welcome to 2015 and isn’t it great that you can go back to your favourite restaurant and they still exceed expectations!
Tin Roof Cafe (contact 072 367 5698) in the Boschkop area, Pretoria East is still going strong and after all this time I have discovered their green carpaccio – pure bliss. In my opinion the beauty of this lies in it’s simplicity. The main ingredient is zucchini (baby marrow) dressed with a little bit of this and a little bit of that…sublime! And their other specials and standard menu does not disappoint either. Such a tranquil environment, thus venture out to the East and chances are you will become a regular customer. Bookings recommended and remember they also do small functions.
