- Name derived from co-owner Louis Oosthuizen’ very famous round of 57 at Mossel Bay golf Course on 12 December 2002
- Contemporary menu includes South African classics such as oxtail, Cape Malay curry, Chicken Pie and Ostrich Bobotie
- Their steaks are superb
- Inside and outside seating area available
- Even a very small ‘putting green’
