Travelling is fantastic but we also know that sometimes travelling is just not great due to a few common factors that one can actually control or better to some extent.

It does not matter if you are on a business or a leisure trip, you have to take care of yourself to ensure you are getting the most from your travels. Take note of factors such as food, water, exercise, sleep and work towards healthier and more enjoyable travels.
